Rodney Zimmerman

Rodney Zimmerman is a skilled educator and technology expert with extensive experience in assessment technology schema and architecture design across multiple platforms including assessing non-verbal learning modes of emotional behaviors; emotions within various learning environments; and social emotional learning. 

With over 15 years’ experience in social emotional learning including emotional behavior modification in students with Emotional Behavior Disorder, Mr. Zimmerman  has a deep understanding of the principles and practices that underlie effective assessment, and his work has helped to improve the accuracy, reliability, and validity of assessments while also providing more timely feedback to learners and instructors.

Dr. Sylvester Harris

Dr. Sylvester Harris has planned large trainings with nationally known curriculum and content designer authors. Additionally, Dr. Harris has developed proprietary software used by a major textbook publishing company and led the onboarding, support and implementation of their online assessment tool. After full implementation (BOY, MOY, EOY) Dr. Harris also supports data chats with executive leadership.

Dr. Harris possesses the organizational sensitivity to understand the intricate design of school district departments that are involved in the rollout of curriculum and software initiatives. Dr. Harris has assisted districts with needs assessments, decision-making and implementation of large projects in midsize and large school districts.

Director of Business & Product Development

Julian Lloyd

Julian M. Lloyd has served in a variety of capacities within the Media & Entertainment, Communications, Healthcare and Public Policy fields. He is a Business Development Professional for Siemens Healthineers as a member of the Growth & Innovation Team, Education and Workforce Solutions organization. Prior to joining Siemens Healthineers, Julian enjoyed a successful 13-year tenure at Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. as a member of the Strategic Sales & Operations team within the company’s Staffing Services division.

Julian serves on the Wake Early College of Health and Sciences Business Alliance Board (Wake County, NC), Wake County Public Schools Healthcare Career Pathway – Career Advisory Team and is the recent recipient of the Wake County Public Schools School-To-Career Council Outstanding Volunteer Award.
