Participant Registration

STEP 1: Create Your Assessdo Account 

To begin using Assessdo, you will create a personal account using the link provided by your instructor. Account creation allows you to securely access check-ins assigned to you and validate your emotions.

During the registration process, you will be asked to enter basic information such as your username (email address), and a password. Once your account is created, you will be able to log in and begin the registration process of Assessdo.

STEP 2: Fill Out the Online Registration

The registration process is quick and typically takes about three minutes to complete.

After logging in to your Assessdo account, select “Participant” to begin. You will be guided through a short registration form. Please be sure to complete the required fields, including your first and last name, birthdate, gender, and country (United States). You do not need to enter your address, state, or zip code.

Once your basic information is complete, you will be asked to share a few details about yourself. This includes your goals, interests, self-identified strengths, and self-identified areas for growth . There are no right or wrong answers as the responses help create a clearer picture of what matters most to you.

At the end of the form, scroll to the bottom of the page and select the colors that best represent how you are feeling emotionally at that moment . Choose the colors that feel most accurate to you.

When finished, submit the form to complete your registration.

STEP 3: Receive a Session Code from the Instructor / Join A Session

You will receive an email invitation containing a unique invite code from your instructor or program staff.

Once you receive the code, log in to your Assessdo account and select “Join a Session.” Enter the invite code exactly as provided and submit it.

After the code is entered, the session will be automatically added to your account. No additional setup is required. You will then be able to access all assessments and check-ins associated with that session.
