LOGGING IN

How do I log in?

You can log into our Participant and Parent apps of log in from your favorite web browser.

Logging in to the App

The Assessdo Participant and Parent apps provide the same tools as the browser version, with the benefit of receiving push notifications.

  1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Enter your Email and Password.
  3. Click Login!

Participants and Parents have the same login page.

  1. Visit app.assessdo.com
  2. Enter Username and Password
  3. Click Sign In!

New Users

Participants Creating an Account on the Desktop
  1. Click “Create Account” on the login screen.
  2. Enter your Email Address, create a Password , and confirm your password by entering it again.
  3. Click “Create Account!” to submit your registration.
  4. Check your email for the Confirmation Code sent by Assessdo.
  5. Enter the Confirmation Code and click “Confirm.”
  6. Select Participant as your role.
  7. Fill out all of registration. Do not fill in address, but select country.  
  8. Fill in personal goals, extra-curricular activities, individual strengths and weaknesses.
  9. Complete the colors chart by selecting your colors related to each emotion. 
  10. Click “Next.”
  11. Click the Assessdo logo at the top left to be taken to the Dashboard.
Participants Creating an Account on the App
  1. Click “Sign Up” on the login screen.
  2. Enter your Email Address, create a Password , and confirm your password by entering it again.
  3. Click “Sign Up!” to submit your registration.
  4. Check your email for the Verification Code sent by Assessdo.
  5. Enter the Verification Code and click “Verify & Create Account.”
  6. Complete your profile with first name, last name, gender, and date of birth.   
  7. Select “Choose Role” and select Participant.
  8. Fill out goals, extra-curricular, strengths, and weaknesses. 
  9. Click “Save” to complete.
Parents Creating an Account on the Desktop
  1. Click “Create Account” on the login screen.
  2. Enter your Email Address, create a Password , and confirm your password by entering it again.
  3. Click “Create Account!” to submit your registration.
  4. Check your email for the Confirmation Code sent by Assessdo.
  5. Enter the Confirmation Code and click “Confirm.”
  6. Select Parent as your role.
  7. Fill out the registration with first name, last name, and country.  
  8. Click “Complete Registration.”
Parents Creating an Account on the App
  1. Click “Sign Up” on the login screen.
  2. Enter your Email Address, create a Password , and confirm your password by entering it again.
  3. Click “Sign Up!” to submit your registration.
  4. Check your email for the Verification Code sent by Assessdo.
  5. Enter the Verification Code and click “Verify & Create Account.”
  6. Once your account is created, click the Profile icon located at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
  7. Click “Edit” and complete your Personal Information to finish setting up your profile.
LOGGING IN

I don’t know my username or password

  1. Click “Forgot Your Password” on the login page.
  2. Enter your Username or Email Address associated with your Assessdo account.
  3. Click “Send Code.”
  4. Check your email for the Verification Code sent by Assessdo.
  5. Enter the Verification Code and click “Continue.”
  6. Create a New Password that meets the required password guidelines.
  7. Confirm your new password by entering it again.
  8. Click “Reset Password” to complete the process.
