How to Register for Assessdo

How to Register for Assessdo

  1. Open web browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc.).
  2. In the address bar, type app.assessdo.com and press Enter.
  3. On the homepage, click “Create Account.”
  4. Enter your username (email address) and create a password.
  5. Re-enter your password to confirm.
  6. Check your email for a verification code sent to you.
  7. Return to the site and enter the verification code to verify your account.
  8. Select “Instructor” as your account type.
  9. Complete the remaining account information and click “Submit” (or “Enter”) to finish setup.

How to Assign a Regular Check-in

A regular check-in helps track progress, mindset, and confidence by understanding patterns to help with support or adjustments early.  As a private tool where instructors cannot view entries, participants can communicate freely and honestly.

How to Create a Regular Check-in

  1. Make sure you are in the correct session (dropdown located at top right corner).
  2. From the Dashboard page, click “Regular Check-In”.
  3. Click “Add Check-In” (box located in upper right area).
  4. Fill in Question box with any question for participants to answer.
  5. Click Start Date & Time – Enter a start date and start time.
  6. Click End Date & Time. Enter an end date and end time.
  7. Select Create Check In.

A characteristic check-in is designed to track specific qualities, traits, or behaviors of a person over time.

How to Create a Characteristic Check-in

  1. Make sure you are in the correct session (dropdown located at top right corner).
  2. From the Dashboard page, click “Characteristic Check-In”.
  3. Click “Add Check-In” (box located in upper right area).
  4. Fill in Title, Context, Start Date & Time, and End Date & Time. 
  5. Select “Enable Repeat” to select a repeat occurrence on specific days of the week.
  6. Highlight the Categories to be examined.
  7. Select Create Instance.

  2. Tap the Home icon located at the bottom left of the screen.
  3. Click “Join Session” at the top right of the schreen.
  4. Enter Invite Code provided by instructor.

How to Complete a Regular Check-in

  2. Enter your Username and Passwordl.
  3. Select Regular Check-in from the Dashboard.
  4. Select the Regular Check-ins assigned to you.
  5. Under “Actions”, click “Select Actions” and select “Enter”.
  6. Type answer in the prompt box or select microphone and speak answer into Assessdo.
  7. Click Submit Answer when finished.

Generated Insights transforms raw athlete input into clear, actionable intelligence by analyzing all qualitative entries across the platform. It aggregates athlete check-ins including text, voice, and prompted responses, and applies structured analysis to uncover patterns, emotional trends, behavioral signals, and performance correlations over time. Rather than leaving feedback as isolated comments, the system connects individual inputs into a cohesive narrative that highlights what’s driving performance, where risks may be emerging, and when timely intervention is needed.
